EOC continues to provide a great benefit to our intern community by providing them with knowledge that can be applied in the real world as they get placed with financial planning firms. We are grateful for Envestnet's support and contributions to the next generation of talent. At Sapere Aude Consortium, our mission is to expand access to wealth and investment management for students who succeed— even in the face of headwinds. Many are first-generation college students or the children of public servants, and they bring fresh perspectives, resilience, and drive to our industry. The Envestnet On Campus program has been an exceptional partner in that mission. Over 100 of our students have benefited from inclusion in the program, gaining invaluable industry education which results in market fluency and a real sense of belonging in a space that can often feel inaccessible. For students without built-in networks or inherited knowledge of the industry, this kind of access is transformative. It deepens their understanding of the field and helps them envision—and confidently pursue—their place in it. We are proud to celebrate this 10-year milestone and deeply grateful for the impact this program continues to have on the next generation of financial professionals.
