Data Aggregation Services Envestnet Retirement is committed to delivering a seamless and secure data integration experience for our clients. Through strategic coordination with recordkeepers and comprehensive support services, we help ensure that your retirement plan data is efficiently managed, validated, and accessible through the ERS Enterprise Platform. Service overview Envestnet Retirement supports data loading services for all identified service providers administering recordkeeping services for your advisors' plans. We coordinate communication and processing of data files attributed to your advisors with each provider. We provide a hosted and secure Tenant Environment for retirement plan data. Prior to launch, our Project Management Organization delivers comprehensive setup, support, and training. Once live, ongoing services are supported by a Strategic Relationship Manager and a Key Account Manager. Envestnet Retirement makes its best effort to collect all data from identified recordkeepers. If a recordkeeper is unable or unwilling to provide data directly, we request manual entry of plan data on the ERS Enterprise Platform. Data aggregation and quality assurance We coordinate directly with your recordkeepers to establish a streamlined monthly data file process. A secure data loading program with the aim to transfer retirement plan data into the ERS Enterprise Platform efficiently and reliably. Each data file received undergoes thorough testing to ensure accuracy. We reconcile record counts to confirm successful receipt and proper loading of all plan data. If anomalies or potential inaccuracies are identified, our teams collaborate to investigate and resolve them. In cases of file corruption or processing errors, Envestnet Retirement will remove the affected data and either reprocess the file or request a corrected version.
