2 FOR HOME OFFICE AND ADVISOR USE ONLY. NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE PUBLIC. We view AI as a structural layer in our business architecture, not a siloed innovation track. Generative analytics, intelligent orchestration, embedded guidance—all of these capabilities reinforce our mission to improve outcomes for clients and scale advice delivery across a fragmented wealth landscape. More broadly, AI supports three pillars of our growth strategy: • Advisor enablement: Giving professionals the insights and tools they need to deliver advice with clarity and confidence. • Risk-aware scalability: Helping firms expand services, advisor reach, and platform capabilities while maintaining enterprise guardrails, compliance oversight, and data privacy. • Platform efficiency: Streamlining workflows, reducing friction, and creating unified advisor experiences across tools and custodians. How Envestnet is operationalizing decision intelligence with two key launches: Generative BI and Insights AI. One of our major breakthroughs is the deployment of Generative BI—a tool that allows advisors and enterprise users to engage with complex datasets using natural language. No SQL, no dashboards. Just questions and answers. Whether it's understanding fees, flows, performance, etc. users can surface business intelligence in seconds. At the same time, we launched Insights AI—a proactive intelligence engine that surfaces alerts, nudges, and next-best actions based on real-time behavioral and transactional signals. These insights are delivered directly into the advisor experience, reducing cognitive load and accelerating decision-making. What makes both tools powerful is how seamlessly they fit into existing workflows. They don't demand new systems or training curves. They simply augment the way advisors already think, work, and act. Keeping advisors in control of the client relationship. Our design philosophy is centered on usability, explainability, and control. We do not view AI as a replacement for advisor judgment, but as a resource that sharpens it. Each tool we deploy is evaluated for clarity: Can an advisor explain the insight to a client? Can they see the underlying data? Can they use it to make a recommendation they feel confident in? This intentional design ensures AI supports trust, rather than undermines it. Advisors remain the authority. AI simply strengthens their confidence and capacity. Building agentic systems that act with context and keep advisors in control. The next phase of our AI roadmap focuses on delivering agentic solutions—systems that do more than suggest the next step. These solutions are designed to carry out actions on behalf of the advisor, with embedded intelligence that reflects firm policy, client context, and evolving goals. We're building toward experiences where an AI agent can monitor a portfolio for specific client triggers, initiate a communication sequence, and even schedule follow-up—all while looping in the advisor for oversight and approval. The goal isn't to replace advisor activity, but to reduce repetitive, time-consuming tasks that stand between insight and execution. Agentic workflows will also help advisors orchestrate multi-step planning activities, like adjusting a retirement strategy after a market event or initiating a risk review following a major life change. These systems will be personalized, policy-aware, and fully explainable— ensuring transparency at every step. To support this evolution, we're embedding intelligent agents into the platform infrastructure: • Monitoring behavioral and transactional signals • Taking pre-defined actions within a compliance-safe framework • Providing advisors with an audit trail, context, and override control The shift from static alerts to autonomous execution will help advisors focus their time where it's most valuable—deepening relationships, refining strategy, and guiding client decisions.
