8 FOR HOME OFFICE AND ADVISOR USE ONLY. Tanya Singh, Investment Analyst – Fixed Income Research Tanya Singh joined Envestnet | PMC Research India as an Investment Analyst in June of 2023. She is responsible for conducting research and due diligence on fixed income mutual fund and separate account managers. Prior to joining Envestnet, Ms. Singh started her corporate career in 2021 with BlackRock. At BlackRock, she was a Credit Research Analyst covering US investment grade issuers. There she was responsible for building financial models, along with performing fundamental research on cross-sector coverage such as technology, chemicals, capital goods, metals and mining, etc. Ms. Singh earned a PGPM degree in Finance and Analytics from ICFAI Business School, Gurugram in 2021. She completed her bachelor's in business administration, with a specialization in Financial Services and Marketing from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun in 2018. Cyril Charly, Investment Analyst – Equity Research Cyril Charly joined Envestnet | PMC Research India in September 2023 and is responsible for conducting research and due diligence on US large-cap equity mutual funds and separate accounts. Before joining Envestnet, Mr. Charly was a sell-side equity research analyst at Geojit Financial Services, focusing on the Indian Banking and Finance sector. He managed in-house equity portfolios, handled portfolio rebalancing, performance monitoring, and stock recommendations, and contributed to launching Geojit's Shariah-based Portfolio Management Services. Prior to his role at Geojit, Mr. Charly worked as a relationship manager at HDFC Bank, India's top private sector bank. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), specializing in finance, following his graduation with a degree in commerce. Vijeta D'silva, Investment Analyst – Fixed Income Research Vijeta D'silva joined Envestnet | PMC Research India in August 2024. She focuses on conducting comprehensive research and due diligence on fixed income mutual funds and separate account managers. Before joining Envestnet, Ms. D'silva worked as an Executive at A.K. Capital Services Ltd., specializing in fixed income investment advisory for Indian pension funds. Her role also included macroeconomic research on both the Indian and US economies. Prior to her tenure at A.K. Capital, she interned with WhiteSight Fintech Research Pvt. Ltd., where she focused on analyzing and writing about various global fintech themes. Ms. D'silva holds a postgraduate degree in Global Financial Markets from the BSE Institute Ltd. (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange Institute Ltd.), Mumbai, and a bachelor's degree in commerce with a focus on Accounting and Finance from St. Andrew's College, Mumbai. She is a CFA Level I candidate and has earned the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
