Identify your digital support needs and client preferences by reviewing and assessing your client segmentation
and services.
ACT NOW:
• Take inventory of the services you provide clients daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually, and match them to
the digital capabilities you currently have and what you would need to add.
• Review your client prospecting process and points of contact.
• Assess the various points of contact with your prospects and how they best align with the digital tools you
have access to, with an emphasis on more collaborative digital tools versus do-it-yourself capabilities.
