"As we celebrate the 10th year of our educational training program, we reflect with pride on the remarkable journey we’ve taken and with renewed commitment to the path ahead. From the beginning, our mission has been clear: to provide the asset and wealth management industry with a pipeline of diverse workforce-ready talent. What began as a bold idea with just four partner schools and 46 pioneering students has since grown into a national movement. Today, we proudly work with over 60 schools across the country and have seen nearly 10,000 students graduate from our program, each equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to launch successful careers in this dynamic industry. As we look to the future, our dedication remains steadfast. We will continue to invest in the next generation of leaders, ensuring that hiring managers across the industry have access to a talented and diverse pool of interns and entry-level professionals. Together, we are not only shaping individual careers we are helping to build a more inclusive and innovative future for our industry."
